The Google Hub Max Nest cam is not showing a live feed in the Google Home app. Showing as off when first going into the cam view and then just a loading sign (as below) when you select live feed. Going through the setting the home monitoring feature is off, and will not stay on when swiped across (automatically swipes back left to the off position).

Hi Sam Thurlow,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub Max cam is not working or toggling on. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help resolve this issue. First, I have a quick question.

  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.

I look forward to your response, thanks for your patience!

This fix did not work for my hub Max. Having the same issue as above. Did a reboot and master reset. Went back through the setup process. And the same exact thing is still happening. Please help.
