Hub Max Wifi Password Incorrect

When setting up wifi through the home app to connect the Hub Max, it says wifi password incorrect. I have set up this device previously but I needed to make a change so I performed a factory reset and now it won't connect to the wifi. I have tried everything from resetting the router, deleting the home on the app, uninstalling the app, and factory resetting the hub and nothing works. I get to the same point where I enter the wifi password and it tells me it is incorrect. Please help!

Hey Folks,

 

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here, and apologize for the late response.

 

I know how frustrating it is when your Google Nest Hub Max is not connecting to network. To eliminate network issue, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest Hub Max).
