Hub Max stopped playing VLC or YT music from my local disk via cast

I have Hub Max that started doing a lot of bs things. I am on separate conversations for Duo calls blackout video, Hub responding more and more about there is a glich instead of doing the actual voice command and so on

Now this: trying to play my own library from phone storage via is not working

I never had an issue before and my nest mini and nest hub 2nd generation have no issues with the same tasks

My phone OnePlus 8T on Android 13

Hub Max

Fuchia ver 9.20221010.3.176

software ver 50.26.12.493473605

Hub was restarted and then resetted to factory settings and reconnected to home. 

Bluetooth also is working only as use display as Bluetooth speaker, cannot pair otherwise

I cannot play the local stored files via YT Music or VLC over cast.

And yes I resetted the VLC app as well with clearing the cache and data

AGAIN my hub 2nd gen and mini have NOT any issues playing from the same mobile, on the same Home and the same WiFi
