Hub Max went offline but it's working?

Hi,

I recently had my HubMax connected to my guest WiFi. (That plan didn't work so I need to move everything to main WiFi.) I've factory reset, restarted Google Mesh router, unplugged for 48 hours and it STILL shows up in Home as offline. I do not want to create another home structure. If anyone can help, I'd be grateful.

Did you try the steps under "Change the Wi-Fi network of your speaker or display" in this Help topic?

If that doesn't work, when you did the factory reset, did you first remove your Nest Hub Max from the Google Home app?

The Nest Hub Max and its Nest Cam are quirky. I think some customers have first removed the Nest Hub Max's Nest Cam from the Google Nest app.
