My google will not connect to my Wi-Fi . It says my password is incorrect to connect to my Wi-Fi , I’ve called spectrum & they can’t figure it out . I reset the nest , I unplugged it for a few days and tried it again and it still won’t connect to my Wi-Fi .

Is this a brand-new Nest Hub you're installing for the first time, or are you trying to reconnect your Nest Hub after changing Wi-Fi networks?
If it's the former, do you have more than one Wi-Fi network and are you trying to connect to the correct one?
If it's the latter, you may to remove the Nest Hub from the Google Home app, do a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477), and then reinstall it in the Google Home app.

No it’s a previous one I used . My internet went out I had to call my provider & set it back up & ever since then my google nest hub & my google mini will not connect . I factory reset them and tried to read them to my google home , it says the password for my internet is wrong even though it’s not . I’ve even tried downloading google home on my boyfriends brand new phone & adding it & it still says password is wrong ….

Are you certain that the factory reset completed on both devices?

Do you by any chance have the same network name (SSID) for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, but different passwords?

Hi folks,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
@meganhug91, were you able to try the steps suggested above? Also, to further isolate the issue, you may also want to try to connect your Google Nest Hub using mobile hotspot. That way, we can check if you will also get the same results if we try to connect it to a different network.
By the way, thanks for chiming in @MplsCustomer, those steps are helpful.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Princess
