Just moved to a new timezone and my hubs are not showing the correct time.

Please make sure that your home and work locations are changed within the Google Home app and also the Google maps app/website/service.
Change location:
https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7551013
Sometimes this can take a few days to synchronize with Google's cloud server's.
