I received an email to Accept Solution in Nest Community but the issue is not resolved yet. I am not able to Reply as it is disabled. I already sent the info by email as required by Muddi and am now awaiting for a reply on the outcome after Google support's investigation.

Hey LWK,

 

Please note that I've already sent you an email about your device. Upon further checking, your device shows an issue on the screen itself and we can no longer replace it because it's out of warranty since December 2020.
