Hub max loosing WI-FI

Have a Hub Max for a year now and it keeps loosing Wi-Fi  once a week . This issue has been going on for about a month or two. Tried rebooting and resetting with no help.  Any help ? Thanks

Thanks for sharing details about the issue. I know how challenging it is when your Google Home Max keeps on disconnecting from your network. A few questions: how far is your Home Max from the router? How often does it happen? Are you using a dual-band router? What is the firmware version of your device?

 

To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home Max). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.
