Hub max won’t stay connected to wifi

My hub max won’t play nest cam. It says it’s offline but it’s not.

Hi Chantalmiller,

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let me help you. Follow the steps below and tell me how it goes:

1. Make sure the Nest Hub Max isn't in Privacy mode. For more information, go to [About] Google Nest Hub Max Camera Modes.
2. Reboot the Nest Hub Max.
3. Force close the Google Home app > wait 5 seconds.
4. Reopen the Google Home app.
5. Tap the Nest Hub Max device card > Settings > Remove device > Remove.
6. Factory reset the device > attempt to set up the device again.
7. Try streaming the built-in Nest Cam.

Follow the troubleshooting steps in order.
