I plug my nest mini, it loads and then stops.

I purchased google nest mini in Canada, I moved back to turkey recently and I used the mini for a day with no issues. But today, it is unresponsive, I unplugged and plugged it, I see four dots going right to left but it stops suddenly. What can I do about it?
