I want to stop all nest activity that my XXXX boyfriend has in my home and on phone. He will not rem

I have been told that there are no nests in my home or around on my phone by my ex-boyfriend and I am trying to remove all he will not remove this from my life and I want it gone how do I go about handling this and letting Google know that this needs to be removed.
