If I have a pair of Nest Audio speakers can I pair these with Google TV to give me surround sound?

Sorry for misunderstanding your question. Unfortunately, the Google speakers cannot be used for surround sound. Our Silver Product Expert James M. answered a similar question regarding this topic. With his reply, the answer to your question would be no, you cannot link Chromecast TV audio to Google speakers.
