Inconsistent functionality of YouTube TV on my Hub Max

I have YouTube TV and sometimes, albeit inconsistently, I can get it to play the local CBS affiliate via local channels. Sometimes it won't play because "the service is not available in my area" or "this app is a paid service." I reset it in the hope of fixing the inconsistent operation but if anything, now it is even worse and usually will not play anything at all except for the rare instance when it will play. To get it to work, I usually say, "OK, Google, play CBS on YouTube TV" and it either plays or it doesn't. I don't see YTTV in the list of video links in Setup. I'm sure the problem lies with me, but I just could use some guidance or some assistance. Thanks in advance for anything you can offer.

Hi Driver8,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub Max concern. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Are you getting the same response when you use your phone’s Google Assistant? Also, could you confirm by checking the link below if that is how you did the reset?

Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays

I look forward to your response.

Juni, the inconsistent operation has been an issue since day one. No recent changes. I've not used the Google Assistant. There is no YT TV Link in my Google Home link settings for the GNHM. I have performed several resets with no improvement. The reset method link is how I performed the reset. I have encountered the same problem at least twice over the past two days. Thanks!
