Interaction with other devices stopped working

I've had a problem come up with my Google Home Mini. When I try to tell it to turn on or off my lights or my TV it just lights up and then just does nothing. I can still interact with all the devices through the Google home App, turn on the light, TV and everything, and when I use the speaker on it's own, for example for music, it does what I tell it. All the usual tricks, rebooting, factory reset and deleting the device from the google home App didn't work. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate all the details you've shared and it looks like you've done most of the steps to resolve this. I know this step might be lengthy but I want this to give a try.

1. Unplug your Google Nest speakers
2. Unplug your router from the power source.
3. Reboot your lights by turning it off.
4. As soon as the devices are all plugged in, try saying "OK Google, sync my devices".
