Locked thread, unable to reply

Hi @Juni  and @Muddi   I am receiving your emails but am unable to reply on the thread -  apparently my email address is unverified ??

I tried replying to your emails but they bounce back. 

I am still having the same issues with my Google nests. 

I’ve done the factory reset as well as deleted the routines. 
can someone tell me how to re-verify my email address ?

Thanks for the links you sent. I would like to confirm, have you tried the steps posted from the old thread? Also, regarding your email, have you already tried signing out and signing back in using your email to make sure that the account is completely logged in to your device?

Hi. I’ve done a hardware reset and deleted all routines from my Google account. I’m an iOS user so havnt tried anything like logging out of the app. Don’t want to accidentally remove myself from my own house or anything. I have a bunch of smart devices connected and setting them all up is a pain. 

I just did Good morning right now. I got acknowledged by name, the weather, a joke, the “sorry this can’t be done msg” and then the news started. So it all works, with the odd apology thrown in.
