Is it possible to stream Xfinity (specifically MSNBC) to my mothers Google Hub Model H1A

My mom's an MSNBC addict.  She watches old MSNBC segments via YouTube on her Google Hub.

Is it possible to watch Xfinity (MSNBC) live on her Google Hub?

We don't have any other Android products. Phones are iOS computers are Mac.
