Issues setting up nest audio

Hello, I'm having issues with connecting my Nest Audio to my Google Home app for the set up. I keep running into the same error message which says 

'The operation couldn't be completed (kGSKErrorDomain error-83902.)'

 

According to ChatGPT, this means that there's some connective issues with my Nest Audio and the Google server??? I've tried to factory reset my Nest Audio, restart my phone and redownload the Google Home app multiple times but it's been about 18 hours and the same issue still persist. 

 

Does anyone know how to work around this 😕

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Could you please indicate the language settings for both your Google Home app and your mobile device? Please let me know if they are different or the same, and also if they have different regional variations, e.g., English (US), English (UK), etc.
  • Are you using an Android or iOS device? Is your device updated to the latest version?
  • Have you tried setting up Nest Audio using a different mobile device, if one is available?
