JBL link music speaker

Recently bought a JBL link music speaker. No directions. Looked on YouTube to see I need google home app. Got it to connect but now it seems I can’t get it to work if it’s not plugged in! That can’t be right. Also, it won’t connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone   Says it’s not turned on. What??  Please help! Frustrating

Thanks for posting in the Google Community!

 

JBL link music speakers, the same as our Nest speakers, require a power source. It needs to be constantly plugged into a power outlet for it to work. For a successful setup, it would be best to contact the JBL support team to assist you on the set up. For additional help about Bluetooth connectivity, check this guide.
