Jeopardy Subscription Wont Work

I say “Hey Google, play Jeopardy” and she says “sorry, what did you say?” I say play jeopardy and it finally plays it. Then every time it asks me to subscribe which I say ok. I enter my security code and it subscribed, I get the confirmation email for my charge and then the nest hub max tells me that it can’t complete it and to try again later. This has been happening for 2 months and I bought the device brand new. I have tried rebooting, resetting to factory…I’m not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Have you tried completing the subscription from Jeopardy using a mobile phone or laptop? Also, make sure your Google Home and Google Assistant app log in using the same Google Account. Uninstalling and reinstalling your apps might work too.

I tried these things and it still isn’t working. I also am an IPhone user, aside from my google nest smart-home products. I used Alexa up until switching to google home and played jeopardy daily without issue.
