Nest audio inoperable

Hey all ..reading online there seems to be a problem with the audio/assistant audio. When I first set the hub up it would respond with audio. Since the update pushed through no music or verbal response is playing back. What should I do?

Hey Tonem,

 

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's figure this out.

 

When did it start happening? Could you try rebooting your Google Nest Hub and router to refresh the connection? If the issue persists, try resetting it to its default settings.
