Live Stream - Eufy Indoor Cam 2K

ShanShan1

Hi,

I have both Google Hub and Google Hub Max.  I am trying to display a live stream from a Eufy Indoor Cam.  Google Hub max can successful show the live stream of the Eufy Indoor Cam.  However, for Google Hub, it shows - "camera feed is unavailable".  Note that both Google hub and hub max are connected to the same wifi, and in the same location.

Any thoughts?
Shan

Hi ShanShan1,

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have and thank you for clarifying that your Nest Hub Max is working with Eufy smart camera. Let’s focus on your Nest Hub. A few questions — do you have a Nest Hub or Nest Hub 2nd Gen w/Sleep Sensing? Was it working before? If so, when did the issue start?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest Hub.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

If the issue persists, let’s factory reset your Nest Hub to revert it back to its original settings. Here’s how:

  1. On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds.
  2. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
  3. Redo the setup.

Tell me how it goes

Best,

Dan
