Nest aware history

Hi 

I have paid for nest aware but it is only recording my doorbell and not my hub on the kitchen. Is there something further i need to do record the kitchen hub.

Is the camera on your Nest Hub Max turned on? Are your doorbell and Nest Hub Max in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network?

Yes the Hub camera is turned on I can see it through my home app and yes both cameras are on the same structure and wifi.

If you go to the camera for your Nest Hub Max, is "Video recording" turned on under "Settings", and under "Settings | Nest Aware", does it show your subscription?

I just wanted to follow up on MplsCustomer's question. Have you had the chance to double check your subscription? Also, from which app are you trying to view the history (Nest, Google Home)?
