My Google nest device not even 3 months old has stopped working. I've done all the trouble shooting and it just won't power on. That being said I have tried to submit a warranty claim using the form at g.co/warrantyclaim. Every time it tells me there is an issue with the form and to refresh the page. I would just like to talk to a human at this point.

Follow the above link, step 3 gives you options to call or receive a call from google.
