Lost the connection from global player and Classic FM

Why does Google Home lose the connection to Global player and Classic FM every now and then, it says it can not find the radio station?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern, not being able to listen to your favorite radio stations at times is a frustrating issue. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution.

First, is this issue still occurring? We had some reports of radio stations unable to play via voice command a few days ago, but the issue has been resolved today.
