How do I set up Disney+ on Google Nest Hub

Can I watch Disney+ on my Google Nest Hub Max?

Thanks for reaching out. I would be more than happy to help guide you in adding Disney+ to your Google Nest Hub Max. I love watching shows and movies on my on my Google Nest Hub, so I understand the importance of this question! 
  1. Open the Google Home App
  2. On the left side of the app, hit the +
  3. Under 'Add services', click on 'videos'
  4. There will be options including Disney+ on that list
  5. Press 'Link' and add your Disney+ login credentials 
Then you will be able to watch Disney+ on your Google Nest Hub Max and also have the option to cast it from the Disney+ app on another device that is on the same WiFi network to the Google Nest Hub Max.

I tried following these steps and I am unable to link my Disney Plus to my google nest hub max.  When I get to the part where I can enter my Disney Plus log in credentials, I just get a blank black screen on my phone.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy s10.  Everything else seems to link fine with my phone (netflix).

I tried using my wife's phone (iphone) on her account with the google nest hub max and she was able to log in with no issues.

I am hoping someone would be able to help me as I just purchased the Google Nest Hub max and it is a bit frustrating that I cannot use it.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with connecting your phone to the Google Nest Hub Max. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. 

 

With your wife's phone connecting to the Google Nest Hub Max with no problem, this means that your phone is causing the issue. I would recommend downloading/redownloading the Google Home App. If that does not resolve the issue, you may want to contact Disney+ support, as this is a login issue, and not an issue with the device itself.
