Making Duo Calls from iPhone to Google Nest mini and Nest Hub

I have multiple Nest devices at home. Some Nest Minis and 2 Nest Hub. I would like to call a specific room from my iPhone when I'm not home. Is this possible?

When I try I get a message saying that I need the latest version of Duo on my devices.

But they are all up to date. I don't know what else to do.

I know how it feels when something is not working on your Google Home and Nest devices. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what country are you located in? What specific command are you using? Are you able to use Duo calling on your speakers and displays?

Let's go ahead and try removing the Google Duo app on your phone and replace it with Google Meet. make sure to linked the same account you use for the Duo account. Once done, check if you can ring all your devices by following the steps below:

1. Open the Google Meet app.
2. Swipe up > tap Call my home devices.
