Max Hub News Issue

I dont understand why for a week now my Max hub has been giving me old news. Every morning standard good morning routine but once it gets to the news it says it`s from yesterday, 2 days, 3 days ago and does not update. All my apps are up to date on my phone and the news channel offering the content is current when going online,,,

Any ideas?

Also when it gets the feed there is a significant delay...

Hey Rampage,

 

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's happening.

 

A few questions: when did it start happening? Is it also happening when you're directly asking your Google Nest Hub Max to play the news? 

 

Give these steps a whirl:

 

  • Try reinstalling your Google Home app.
  • Reboot your Nest Hub Max and router to refresh the connection.
  • Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
  • If the issue persists, give resetting your device a try.
