Hi Lynne Dinzole,

Thank you for reaching out. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your set up process has not going smoothly. I enjoy using my Google Nest Hub, so I understand your concern. I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.
  • Which Google Nest Hub is this post in regard to? (generation number)
  • Are you seeing any error messages on the Google Home App as well?
  • Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hotspot? What happens?
  • Can you do a Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Hub? Is there any improvement?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
I look forward to your response, thanks for your patience!
