Mi Google Nest Hub se bloquea y no funciona. He intentado desearlo a valores de fábrica y el problema sigue. Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando?

Thank you for posting. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not working. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions.
  • Which Google Nest Hub do you have? (generation number)
  • Is your device powering on? 
  • Is your device showing up as connected on the Google Home App?
  • What problem are you having? Do you have any examples?

I think is first generation. It is connected to the power. It doesn't show connected to the Google Home app when it's down. Every time I reboot it it works for an hour and then it goes down again showing a black screen and it doesn't respond.
