New router. Can’t get speaker to connect to wifi

Thanks for your post. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your speaker is unable to connect to WiFi. I understand your concern, let's get this issue resolved. I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some quick questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Which speaker is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is your device powering on?
  • Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what does it say?
  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
