Mini and nest

Are you going to fix mini issue. Says I need to download app and go through setup. Did that and receive the same message over and over. Started acting up mid July 2024.

  • What kind of Nest Mini do you have?
    • Is it 1Gen or 2Gen?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • What is the router's make and model?
  • How many devices in total are impacted by this situation?
  • What is the device status in Google Home App after setup?

Is it 1Gen or 2Gen? I have both
When did the inconvenience start? Early july
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Reset router, reset mini, reconnect to home
What is the router's make and model? TP-Link Archer AX50
How many devices in total are impacted by this situation? 6
What is the device status in Google Home App after setup? Appears in the home app. I can cast things to it. I can engage with it. No trouble using the home app. But you cannot speak to it. It tells me that I need to set it up using the home app.

I sent it two days ago. Still won’t answer my command. Nothing has changed

Nothing is better. Factory reset, downloaded app again and still says to download home app. Piece of crap. All the same.
