It has been. I have looked through everything on Google Home for any reference to her or her account and removed. That being said, she received a broadcast again this morning.

@ToddK, have you tried to perform a complete reset to your Google Nest Mini to see if this would make any changes? Let's go ahead and try that and let us know if you will still experience the same thing.
