Well I've factory reset till I was blue in the face, I've restarted my router, I've cleared the cache in the app, I have no issues setting up the Nest Mini but the display just sit there "link account". I just purchased 2 of the things and they both won't function properly in different areas of the house mind you! But the minis literally in the same spot as the other will work just fine. If I knew this was gonna eat up my Sunday I wouldn't have purchased these nightmares to begin with. So for the love of everything that is holy is there anybody out there with any fruitful information?

My google clock will not be fixed my mum has tried everything but nothing is working
it simply says LINK ACCOUNT open the google home app and link your account
but we have tried so so so many times and nothing works 😩

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what we can do.
A few questions: was it working before? When you're setting it up, are you able to complete the set up in the Google Home app?
