I guys are sending wrong updates which brick peoples devices and then u refuse to replace the device coz it is being used in a country other than the country it was purchased... This is not fair. Its ur fault that my device is not working. You have to change it
where ever it is.

Hello, my device has been bricked for over 6 months. When turned on it fails to boot and is only stuck on the G logo
I am in india and device was bought in USA from the google store Iyer was purchased long back. I don’t remember the date.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Wrranty in India is only 1 year from the date that you purchased the device, I'm afraid we can't have that replaced. Could you please provide the whole Case ID so we can check it?
