Clock says unknown SSID

MaryMullins

My Google, Lenovo, smart clock two will not connect to my Wi-Fi via the Google home app. It shows my neighbors Wi-Fi, but not mine   in settings in the Clock it says unknown SSID, but my Netwerk is open and it’s not hidden, everything else in the house connects to the Wi-Fi just fine but the clock doesn’t . This all of a sudden started about five months into having the clock.

For the best support with your Lenovo clock, I'd recommend contacting Lenovo directly:

Hey there,

davidking, thanks for providing the Lenovo's support page.

MaryMullins, make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router. Try reinstalling your Google Home app. Rebooting your Lenovo device and router might help too. If the issue persists, please contact Lenovo support for additional help.

Let us know if you have questions with any Google Home or Google Nest devices as I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.

Best,

Alex

I have tried all the trouble shooting that was available. I contacted Lenovo Directly and they said it is the Wifi Chip or something that went bad. So they are sending a replacement. Thank you

Hey MaryMullins,

That's great to hear!  I'll go ahead and lock this thread. Feel free to start a new thread if you need assistance with any Google Nest speakers and we'd be glad to assist you further.

Have a great one!

Cheers,

Alex
