Absolutley disgusted that I can't get through to Google. I want a refund or a replacement of the equipment that has failed. I understand it was the update that screwed things up. Great but I still paid for it now seems a dodgy home set up. I just it to work. I'm severely disabled and I can't use my Google home in my bedroom. I am Disgusted that Google hadn't even a customer service to sort replacements, apparently covid is the problem! Either way I want a resolution to this issue! Just a human would b great to talk to.
