Does anyone why the minis keep saying that smart things are unavailable all the time or that it can not be reached

Apologize for the late response. I know how challenging it can be when you can't control your SmartThings devices using your Google Home/Nest Mini. A few questions - when did the issue start? Is it working on the native app? Are you able to control your smart devices using the Google Home app? What are the devices connected to your Google Home/Nest Mini? Also, what are the steps that you've done so far?
