Morning routine change

"Hey Google,  Good Morning!" would give me the time, weather, and start playing news video clips on my Chromecast by default. I've never set-up a routine. Yesterday I noticed that it no longer would play news clips on the chromecast, instead it would play the news over the nest speaker. How do I get it to play news clips on the tv again?
