Motion Sense setting is missing on Nest Hub 2

Hi,

I noticed that the Motion Sense option is missing under the Settings menu in my Nest Hub Gen 2. Is this due to the region that I am currently based (Singapore) is not supporting that feature (Motion & Sleep tracking)?

So, Google sells products to the whole world through their distributors or stores like Walmart and how is the consumer supposed to know that it's not going to work? Very frustrating...

In my case, it says Gen 2 in the box and everywhere.

I don't have the box & although the s/w refers to nest & have looked at the model number on the base (mine in H1A before the s/n) I can't see "motion sense" setting in settings so I'm suspicious. What's your model number & have you done a factory reset?

The model number is GUIK2 and the system firmware version is 280498

I did a factory reset and by the comments of other people, it seems that they have applied a factory reset too, but the general consensus seems to be that depends on the country where you are using it.

I have the same issue. Im in México but i bought it in the US. Does this depends on the place where i use it or on the place from where i bought it?

I have the same issue. Nest Hub 2nd Gen bought in France with Google online store. I use it in Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire). Very frustrating as I bought it to track ly sleep.
