Motion Sense setting is missing on Nest Hub 2

Hi,I noticed that the Motion Sense option is missing under the Settings menu in my Nest Hub Gen 2. Is this due to the region that I am currently based (Singapore) is not supporting that feature (Motion & Sleep tracking)?
