I moved my hub to a different room but any changes I make won't save. In my home app I tapped device info and followed the steps. There's a next button after selecting a new room, then the option to update the name and another next button. This takes me back to the unfo screen but no changes have been saved. Am I missing something?

Something like this happened with our Nest Hub Max, and I finally resorted to removing it from the Google Home app, doing a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477?hl=en), and reinstalling it.
