Hi! I have 5 houses, each set up as a different home in Google Home. I recently installed Google Hub to display the cameras set up in the individual homes but, I realize that the Hub also displays the other homes that are in my Google Home account. I thought setting up different “homes” separated the cameras and devices. Why are the Hub devices able to see any device on my Home account? That is a huge flaw.

Anybody? This is quite frustrating.

Hi NestUserTx,
Thanks for reaching out.
If all the cameras are completely setup, have you tried these commands to see if it will work? Make sure that cameras have their unique names.
OK Google...
Also, can you tell us what's the make and model of the camer that you're using? I'd love to know more details so we can start some steps.
Best,
Princess

Hi NestUserTx,
Thanks for clarifying. Could you please list down all Google Nest speakers and Google Nest devices (Camera, Thermostat and Doorbell) that are set up under your account? Also, could you please attach a screenshot of the devices setup on each home? Lastly, one Nest Aware subscription will cover all of your cameras in a single home/structure. If you have multiple homes, you will need to have multiple home/structure with a separate Nest Aware subscription for each home.
Best,
Princess
