Hello, I’ve had Google Nest display 1st Generation for over a year and was working fine until last night. The screen is stuck at a blank screen as other users mentioned in others posts. One time only the screen displayed “Updating 0%” and nothing happened after. Can’t factory reset as nothing is responding. Google Home app shows device is not connected to internet. Please respond to fix the issue. Thanks in advance!
