My Google Nest Mini (2nd generation) keeps factory resetting on its own very often. Please help.

Every Wednesday without fail, my Google Nest Mini resets itself to factory settings and I have to set it up again. I have tried everything the online forums have suggested and no luck. I am using the Google Home app on an iPhone X on iOS 13.3. Once it is set up, the smart speaker constantly disconnects bluetooth by itself. This problem arose about a month ago and is getting very frustrating now.

I know it's been a while since this thread has been updated with any new information and I apologize for the lack of response here.

So far, unfortunately I have nothing new to share. The frustration you feel from not having a resolution or just even more information on what's happening is understandable and justified. I'm sharing the same frustration with you because you're still experiencing this issue and I know how inconvenient it has been.

I know the team has been working through this issue and I'll be checking in with them this week to see if there any updates or progress regarding this so I can give you some valuable information. I'll make sure to update this thread again once I got additional information to share.

Same issue here with google home. firmware 1.56264660

Resets every 15 minutes  and 1 out of 5 it looses the setup ( disconnected from my google account )

Sorry to hear about your speakers stuck in a reboot loop! That sure is frustrating to have to deal with. I've created cases for both of you regarding this matter and will escalate it to our support team. Please be on the lookout for an email from us soon!
