I have a Google Nest Hub Max, 2 Displays, 2 Audio and a Lenovo Smart Clock. Every command I give I get the same response : "can't connect to the internet" or "there was a glitch" I have had weeks of dealing with this, occasionally things work, but only for a very short time. Half an hour to turn a light on and walking around in the dark is not good. I am partially disabled and thought Google Nest would be a great help, I couldn't be more wrong! I am seriously considering selling up and going back to light switches etc. Does anyone have any ideas please...freddie

Hi Freddie_Gillett,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Are you experiencing any network issues recently? Is there a way for you to remotely reboot your router to refresh the signal? You can do that to your Nest speakers and display too. Check out the steps below on how to do that using your Google Home app.

Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3.  Touch and hold your device's tile.
  4. At the top right, tap Settings and then More More and then Reboot.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Juni
