My Google nest hub 2nd generation doesn't start.

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. When you say it doesn’t start, do you mean it won’t power on? Or does it power on but get stuck on a specific screen? Let us know more so we can further look into it.

Basically when it is connected to power, the speaker led lit up, which means that the cable is okay, but it is a black screen no matter what I try to do

Thanks for confirming. Have you already tried to factory reset your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen? Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
