No apps on my Google nest hub 2

Hello there! 

My new nest hub gen2 doesn't show any app when you slide up. Only brightness and volume buttons

If you have a brand new Google Nest Hub, let's make sure that it is completely set up. You can follow these steps to set up: 

1. Plug in your speaker or display.
   • If the device has been used before, factory reset your speaker or display before you continue.
2. On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app .
   1. If you haven't set up a home, tap Create home enter a nickname for your home enter an address (optional) tap Next.
   2. Tap the name of your home Next.
3. Tap Devices Add New Device .
4. Follow the in-app steps. Note: You can opt out of some settings, like Voice Match or personal results. You can also change your device settings at any time after you complete setup.

If you happen to see the same display, could you send a photo or a short clip of the exact display you're getting so we can take a closer look?
