My Google nest mini wont stop booting

Hello i was wondering why my nest mink wont stop booting, i have tried to plug it in and out several times but still doesn’t work

Is the speaker plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector? How often does it happen? Does it happen in a specific action only? Are you using the official power adapter that came with the speaker?

If you have a second speaker, please use the power adapter from the one that currently works.
