My Google nestbdisplay is locked

Hi, everyone.

Few days ago my Google nest display stopped.

I tried to reset many times, I already checked the wi-fi, I disconnected many times but, I don't know why, the screen only shows me a gray color with a G letter in the center. 

What could happen?

I appreciate any help. Thank you!

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand that your Google Nest display stopped working and now is showing you a gray color with the G logo at the center of the screen. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts trying to resolve it. Don't worry, let's work together to get this fixed. To better assist you, I have some questions:

  • Is your Google Nest display 1st, 2nd gen, or Max? 
  • When was this issue (stuck on the "G" logo) first noticed?
  • Were you interacting with your Google Nest display when it stopped working? If so, what were you trying to do?
  • Did you unplug your Google Nest display, or was there a power outage shortly before you discovered the issue?

Please let me know the answers to these questions.
