My Nest is showing in Google Home but won’t work with voice

I can see my Nests on my Google Home app but I can’t control them through the Google Home Hub.

• Which Google devices is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Are your devices showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
• Are you seeing any error messages? 
• Are you on the same WiFi network as your other devices? 
• Could you please explain more about the issue?
  • How are you not able to control the devices? 
  • What are you trying to do with the devices?
